The Ellen Wilson Leadership Center, anchored in the Business Entrepreneurship Leadership Center (BELC), builds upon the university’s leadership legacy and empowers all Bryantstudents to explore and enrich their leadership potential. The center’s core mission is to build extraordinary, ethical, and inclusive leaders capable of impacting the world. Key initiatives include the Women’s Leadership Institute, Ellen Wilson Leadership Fellows, Leadership Certification, and co-curricular opportunities.

Explore Center Initiatives

The Hochberg Women’s Center, part of the PwC Center for Diversity and Inclusion, promotes the empowerment and inclusion of women through a range of programs and resources. It is a dedicated, inclusive space for students, faculty, and staff to gather, engage in discussions, and celebrate diversity. The center supports initiatives such as Women’s HERstory Month and International Education Week, while also offering resources like the 24/7 Advocacy Helpline for those affected by sexual assault or domestic violence. 

The Women’s Leadership Living and Learning Community is a uniquely designed, multi-year program that provides women-identified students with critical skills and approaches that support their success as leaders in and beyond the campus community. You can take courses together, engage in mentorship, and collaborate on service-learning projects. You’ll also benefit from living in Bristol House, building strong bonds with peers and faculty while preparing for leadership roles in various fields.
