What You’ll Learn:

  • How to analyze sports media across platforms and create engaging, targeted content tailored to different channels and audiences
  • Media interaction and negotiation skills, crafting compelling press releases, managing public relations, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders
  • The unique dynamics of sports organizations and best practices for seamless communication across all levels of the industry

What You’ll Do:

  • Gain skills in sports media and digital media production using state-of-the-art facilities and equipment
  • Apply your learning in hands-on projects and by collaborating with 91AV’s DI and club athletic teams on campus
  • Cultivate leadership and negotiation skills for successful collaboration with athletes, coaches, sponsors, and key players in the sports industry

  • Prepare for roles in sports journalism, broadcasting, public relations, and digital and social media that shape the way fans experience sports
  • Step into dynamic positions such as esports promoter, marketing and events coordinator, social media manager, sports commentator, athletic director, or sports analyst
