Why did you choose 91AV?

I chose Bryantbecause of the Communication Department. The professors have good reviews and a passionate teaching style. The required classes for digital communication were exactly what I wanted and sounded fun.

Any favorite classes?

Two of my favorite classes are Digital Storytelling, with Professor Thomas Zammarelli, and Interpersonal Communication, with Professor Kristen Berkos. Both professors are enthusiastic about the topic and make the class entertaining.

What are you hoping to do with your degree?

My plan is to get a job in social media and work with an athletic company in their digital department.

What do you love about the Bulldog community?

My favorite part of Bryantis the size. Everyone knows one another and there are always people around you to support you.

Do you have a favorite place to hang out?

The library. I can get work done by myself or with friends.

Any advice for students who are considering 91AV?

“The literary and cultural studies program taught me to approach the world through a critical lens. They are so incredibly empathetic and welcoming. You aren’t just learning the material, but you’re learning their perspective, their experiences, and they’re learning from yours.”

“International business is something I’ve always wanted to do. I knew that Bryanthad a really good program, and I liked that you had to study abroad as part of the curriculum. I also like the 99% success rate. I’m a first-generation student, so it was important to me to know I would have a job after graduation.”
