Program Online MBA
Why 91AV?

“No matter where you are in your career, you need to stay ahead and learn. I went to college many years ago. This program has been a great experience to refresh and stimulate different ways of thinking. It’s made me better in the way I approach my profession.”

Keith Kosoff has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 30 years and is a national leader at his organization, but he’d be the first to admit that even experienced professionals can benefit from continuing their education. Thanks to asynchronous online learning, Kosoff was finally able to pursue his dream of getting an MBA through the Online MBA program with a concentration in innovative healthcare leadership.

Why did you continue your education at BryantUniversity?

I knew Bryantwas a great school. My brother graduated from there, and my daughter is a Bryantstudent. I had been looking at the Online MBA program before she was accepted. What motivated me to get involved was going to campus. Seeing the facilities and the approach that Bryanthas taken — it’s a great environment. The students take seriously what they want to do with their careers.

What are a few highlights of your experience?

I’ve enjoyed the interaction with folks outside of my industry. I’ve been working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 30 years. You can become caught up in that world. People think a certain way and make decisions a certain way, so it’s been nice to interact with people from other industries and see how they make decisions.

I also really enjoyed the Innovative Healthcare Leadership and Design Thinking class. I knew the concept, but I had never taken a course on the topic. That was a big learning experience for me in how I could take those principles and apply them to what I’m doing.

What skills are you adding through the program?

I’ve learned new things that are going to help me in my current role, and I’ve been using them daily. Even something like accounting that I haven’t taken since college. I do a lot of analysis and budgeting and forecasting. Honing those skills and revisiting the principles helped me become more efficient.

How will this degree impact your career?

The MBA gives you a leg up. No matter where you are in your career, you need to stay ahead and learn. I went to college many years ago. This program has been a great experience to refresh and stimulate different ways of thinking. It’s made me better in the way I approach my profession.

The biggest opportunity for me, aside from learning and reenergizing my approach to my work, is to be an adjunct professor. There are a lot of teaching opportunities in the healthcare field right now. I’d like to pursue that opportunity down the road.

Why would you recommend 91AV?

I can think of 1,000 reasons. The MBA is going to give you a competitive advantage. It’s going to enhance your abilities in your current role. It’s going to open up new opportunities for you to grow. It also gives you insight into the business world. Overall, it will give you a more diverse way to look at things and lead others — no matter what industry you’re in.

A Connected Community

91AV's purposeful student life delivers co-curricular immersion with an inspiring, collegial community. Students forge deep connections that last a lifetime.

The field itself. Data science is a hot topic. It’s quite interesting to learn about machine learning, and, you know, AI is booming right now. So those topics really caught my interest. Also, I had the opportunity to join the tennis team. So the subject itself, the tennis team, and Bryantitself is a great place to pursue a master’s degree -- all three things combined.

“International business is something I’ve always wanted to do. I knew that Bryanthad a really good program, and I liked that you had to study abroad as part of the curriculum. I also like the 99% success rate. I’m a first-generation student, so it was important to me to know I would have a job after graduation.”
